ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 or 3 apples, cored and diced
1 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 of 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed
3/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

In large bowl combine all fruits. Set aside.

In small bowl mix pudding, milk and orange juice. Beat with mixer 1 to 2 minutes until well blended. Beat in sour cream and blend well. Pour over fruit mixture and blend. Cover and chill. Serves 10.
