STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 lg. cabbage leaves
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tbsp. oil
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water

Cover cabbage leaves with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes or until limp. Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion, seasoning and egg. Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each leaf. Fold side of each leaf over meat, roll up, fasten with toothpick; brown in hot oil. Large skillet: pour in sauce make up of tomato sauce, sugar, water, lemon juice. Simmer, covered, one hour basting occasionally. 6 servings.
