BREAD PUDDING TOPPING 
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 can cream
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and cocoa; stir in cream. Add butter; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring to prevent scorching. Boil 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Serve over bread pudding.
