BANANA BREAD 
1 1/3 c. mashed bananas
2/3 c. brown or granulated sugar (or do half of each)
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Mix bananas, sugar, oil, milk, eggs and vanilla in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden toothpick comes out clean, about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan, remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Really good toasted!
