CHERRY DELIGHT 
Crust:

1 c. plain flour
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans

Filling (I Double This):

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream ingredients of crust together.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes. Cream sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread onto cooled crust. Top with cherry pie filling. Chill few hours or overnight. *May use ready-made graham cracker crust.
