CHINESE BROCCOLI 
1 (1 1/2 lb.) bunch broccoli
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. lemon juice

Trim off large leaves of broccoli, and remove tough ends of lower stalks. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces; place in 1 1/2 quart casserole and add water. Cover with heavy duty wrap and microwave at high for 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp but tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli, toss well. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
