DANISH COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. flour
Raspberry jam
1 egg white
Chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg yolk and flour. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls, then roll in egg white then in nuts. Place on cookie sheet. Press hole in middle with thumb. Fill with jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
