BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. white cheese
1/2 lb. yellow cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni

Melt butter, add flour and milk, bring to a boil. Add all but 2 or 3 slices of the white and yellow cheese in small pieces allowing to melt thoroughly and stirring constantly. When melted, remove from heat.

Cook macaroni, drain and rinse. Pour macaroni in casserole dish, pour cheese and milk mixture over macaroni. Lay remaining cheese across top of casserole.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to set 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
