CATRINA'S CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
2 eggs
1/2 c. honey

Beat the above ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Combine:

1 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. honey

Spread over cooled cheesecake pie. Chill at least four hours before serving.
