KATHY CATERINO'S MEAT BURRITOS 
1 lb. beef stew, in 1/2 inch chunks
1/2 lb. pork in 1/2 inch chunks
1 c. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
4 oz. canned green chilies, chopped

Brown meat in 2 tablespoon oil. Add onion, garlic, salt and water. Reduce heat and simmer 3-4 hours or until meat is tender. Add chilies and cook until thick. Serve in soft flour tortillas.

Works great in a crock pot. Just use 3/4 cup water in place of 1 1/2 cups.
