BURRITO MEAT 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 lg. can refried beans
1 sm. can enchilada sauce (mild)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic chips
Picante sauce to taste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. beef stock base
Kitchen Bouquet (enough to darken mixture)

Brown first two ingredients. Drain off the fat. Place the remaining ingredients in crock pot. Stir well. Add the meat, well crumbled and cook all day or all night. Cool and refrigerate. Serve the next day.

Suggestion: You, of course, can find exactly what you like by playing with the (amounts of the) sauces until you have discovered your Mexican Heaven on Earth.
