LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN 
5-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (may use any chicken pieces
1 stick butter
Juice of 1 lemon
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Lemon pepper seasoning

Melt butter and lemon juice together; dip chicken pieces in lemon butter and dredge in mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan. Place a single layer in 9"x12" baking dish and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until chicken is done. Serves 5 to 6.
