AUNT BERTHA'S LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. lemon juice
Powdered sugar

Crust: Mix flour and powdered sugar, cut in butter. Spread into 9 x 13 pan. Press dough down in pan and bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.

Filling: Beat eggs until light and fluffy, set aside. Mix sugar, flour and lemon juice together. Add eggs and mix well. Pour over hot baked crust, return to oven (325 degrees) for 20 minutes. Remove, shake powdered sugar over top, let cool and cut. A family hit.
