CAULIFLOWER WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 head cauliflower
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 stick butter
3 tbsp. sour cream

Clean cauliflower and cook whole over low heat in 1/4 inch water until tender. Melt butter in saucepan. Gradually add small pieces of cheese continually stirring until smooth (keep over low heat). Drain cooked cauliflower and place whole piece in bowl. Remove cheese from burner. Add sour cream, stirring until very smooth. Pour over cauliflower and serve immediately.
