1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix gelatin with cold water and heat until dissolved. Beat together blue cheese and cottage cheese. Beat in sour cream, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into 4 cup mold and chill. When ready to serve unmold, garnish with greenery and serve with assorted crackers.
