HOMEMADE CRACKERS 
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter

Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter as you would pie crust, until mealy. Stir in enough milk to make a stiff dough. Roll 1/2 inch thick on lightly floured board and cut with large round cookie cutter. Prick with fork tines. Bake until done.
