1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Food coloring

Cook all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until clay is the consistency of mashed potatoes. Cool and play. Keep in refrigerator when not in use.
