MACARONI AND HAM CASSEROLE | |
1 (14 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese 1 c. frozen peas, thawed 1 c. cubed ham 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers 1 tbsp. melted butter Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Add peas, ham and milk, mixing well. Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle on shredded Cheddar cheese. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over all. Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes, until heated through and cheese is melted. |
