BEST DILL PICKLES 
13 c. water
6 c. red vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. canning salt

Heat to boil until dissolved 15 minutes. Then pour over cucumbers, dill and garlic that's already in prepared jars. Seal. Cover the jars with HOT water in pan that is deep enough so the water will completely cover the jars. Let set until water is cold. Then remove and store.
