Eggs, beaten with sm. amount of water added Matzo meal with salt, pepper or other seasoning, if desired Use one hand for dredging through the egg and placing in the matzo meal, the other hand for coating with the matzo meal and stacking. Repeat, coating a second time. We bread eggplant, mushrooms and even onions, fry in light oil 2 inches deep and dip in Kfkits (pg. 223). It takes forever but is worth it. |
