CHEESE CAKE - EASY! 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Put on top of cooled pie and bake 10 minutes. Refrigerate several hours.
