BAKED FISH 
12 oz. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
1 (2 oz.) pkg. seasoned coating mix for fish

1. Empty seasoned coating mix into plastic shaker bag. Shake 1 or 2 fillets at a time in bag until evenly coated. Place on roasting rack.

2. Microwave at High (100%) until fish flakes easily in center with fork, 5 to 7 minutes. Rotate one half turn after half cooking time. Makes 3 to 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
