OVERNIGHT MINTS 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 drop green mint food coloring
1/2 tbsp. cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
6 oz. mini mint morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar while gradually adding sugar, salt and food coloring. When stiff peaks are formed stir in chocolate morsels. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Turn oven OFF and put cookie sheet in and leave overnight. Cookies will be done in the morning. Makes 50 to 50.
