BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (link) bite-size pieces
1 (10 oz. can) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes (hash browns)
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cut sausage, brown and drain. Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper, pimento, salt, pepper and mix. Layer potatoes, sausage and then soup mix in 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese then bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
