CHICKEN MUSHROOM 
8-10 chicken breasts or thighs
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. slivered almonds
Sweet pepper flakes and salt and pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. white wine
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Fresh Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in large baking pan (9x13). Dot with butter. Sprinkle with almonds, pepper flakes, salt and pepper.

Mix together soup, wine and mushrooms in small bowl. Pour over chicken. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake uncovered 45 to 60 minutes, 350 degree oven.
