BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
4 c. fresh blueberries or 16 oz. frozen blueberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. oats
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
Dash salt
1/3 c. butter
Vanilla ice cream

Toss berries with lemon juice, mix in 1/3 cup brown sugar and the cornstarch. Stir together oats, flour, 1/3 cup brown sugar and salt; cut in butter with fork.

Pour blueberries in 1 1/2 quart casserole and sprinkle oats mixture over them. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until topping is light brown, about 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
