1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar and maple syrup. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture with nuts.
