TAMALE PIE 
3 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cans chili without beans
2 med. onions, minced
2 (8 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 can sliced black olives
4 tbsp. minced green chilies
3 to 4 tbsp. Grandma's chili powder
1 box "Jiffy" corn muffin mix

Saute onions and brown meat. Drain. Add rest of ingredients except corn muffin mix along with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in a covered casserole. During the last 20 minutes, cover with corn muffin mix made according to package instructions. Bake uncovered for the last 20 minutes until corn bread is golden brown.
