1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes pudding and 3 c. milk or 2 cans pie filling

CRUST: Using first 3 ingredients, press into a 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

FIRST LAYER: Mix next 3 ingredients, spread over crust.

SECOND LAYER: Mix pudding and milk or use 2 cans pie filling. Put over cream cheese filling. Top with Cool Whip and nuts.
