CAESAR SALAD 
2 to 3 garlic cloves
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. croutons
1 tsp. vinegar
Pepper regular lots
Crushed peppercorns
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
3 lg. tsp. bacon bits
1 or 2 heads of lettuce washed and torn ( I like Romaine!)

Crush garlic cloves in bottom of salad bowl. Add unbroken egg yolk, one at a time. Add mustard. Blend one egg yolk at a time by slowly adding the vegetable oil. Blend well in a circular motion. Add lemon juice and mix well. Add 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix. Sprinkle with lots of regular pepper. Mix. Add pepper from pepper mill and at least 3 tbsp. of parmesan cheese. Mix and add bacon bits. Add lettuce and croutons and toss.
