CHEESEBURGER PIE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. celery
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 sm. can tomato sauce

TOPPING:

8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown ground beef with onion, oregano, salt and pepper; drain. Add onion, green pepper, celery, bread crumbs and tomato sauce. Put into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Cover with topping. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
