CHICKEN SQUARES 
3 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. cooked cubed chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
Seasoned bread crumbs
Grated cheddar cheese

Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add rest of ingredients except crumbs and cheese and mix well.

Crease perforated lines on 2 crescent roll triangles to form 1 square. Add 2-3 tablespoons of mixture. Fold four corners in the middle and seal with fingers. Brush with butter and sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes in 375 degree oven. Add grated cheddar cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Serves 4.
