PEA SALAD 
16 oz. green peas (early June small are best), drained
1/2 c. (1/2 inch) cubed Cheddar cheese mild
1/4 c. diced onion
1/3 c. diced sweet pickles
Mayonnaise or salad dressing to coat mixture

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add the remaining ingredient to taste. Maybe served on lettuce. Great for picnics.
