3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water

In cake pan, mix together dry ingredients thoroughly. Combine liquid in large measuring cup and add to dry ingredients in cake pan. Mix until all lumps are smoothed. This cake is mixed only with a fork and you do not grease the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Frost when cool.
