WINE BAKED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, skinned & cut into pieces
1 c. red wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. water
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Place chicken in 10" baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Bake, covered for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
