TINA BURGER 
1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream or low fat yogurt, more for larger amt.
Chopped onion to taste
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown onion and hamburger while breaking up with a fork. Pour off excess grease. Add pepper and salt to taste. Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered 5 to 10 minutes. Lower heat and stir in sour cream (yogurt). Heat through without boiling. Serve over rice or noodles. Sprinkle on parsley or paprika if desired. Serves 6 to 8. Takes 30 to 45 minutes.
