HONEY OAT MUFFINS 
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/3 c. honey
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raw oatmeal
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Pour milk over oatmeal, let stand as you mix all other ingredients, except flour. Add flour last, a little at a time, beat. Fill 12 muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
