CHICKEN DIJON TIDBITS 
2 lg. chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

For Appetizers: Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes (3/4 inch). Melt butter in medium skillet. Stir in mustard, garlic and lemon juice. Add chicken and saute over medium heat until lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Turn heat off and sprinkle with parsley, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Toss until chicken is evenly coated.

Serve warm. Pick up individual pieces with wooden toothpicks. Makes about 35 appetizers.

For Main Dish: Slice chicken into strips; serve over noodles or rice.
