COUNTRY CAPTAIN CHICKEN 
3 c. boiled chicken, break into pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. thinly diced celery
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
1 sm. onion
Buttered bread crumbs for top

5 slices of bread crumbled into 1/2 stick butter.

Break chicken. Mix with soup, milk, celery and onion. Mix in noodles just before baking. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 350.
