MEXICAN CHERRY COBBLER 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. red coloring
1 c. cherry pie filling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
10-12 tortillas

Mix pie filling and pineapple and let stand 20 to 40 minutes. Roll in tortillas and place in baking dish, open side down. Heat water, sugar, coloring and butter and pour over tortillas and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
