MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
3 c. corn meal (self-rising)
2 1/2 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. hot pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated hoop cheese
1/4 c. pimento

Mix the above ingredients and bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
