PRETZEL SALAD 
CRUST:

2 c. pretzels, coarsely crushed
3/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
9 or 12 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. strawberry Jello
20 oz. frozen whole unsweetened strawberries (still frozen)

Mix together pretzels, sugar and butter. Put into 9x13 inch dish in an even layer. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Don't over bake. Mixture does not change in appearance, cool completely.

Mix softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Fold in 9 or 12 oz. Cool Whip. Spoon mixture onto pretzel crust. Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Mix in frozen whole strawberries. Stir for about 10 minutes until mixture thickens. Gently pour over cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
