POTLUCK POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. French dressing
4 to 5 med. potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and cubes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. pickle juice

Pour French dressing over warm potatoes; add onion and celery, chill 2 hours. Separately mix mayonnaise, salt, celery seed and pickle juice. Mix 2 eggs to potato mixture. Carefully add mayonnaise mixture. Top with sliced eggs, sprinkle with paprika. Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
