EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. cold milk
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Beat in mixer sugar and oil. Dissolve yeast in water, add milk. Add flour and salt. Knead lightly. Put in greased bowl and cover with towel. In morning, beat down. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness, then cut in 4 inch wide strips, then into triangles. Roll from broadest to point, put on baking sheet. Brush with butter. Let rise double. Bake 5 to 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
