BLUEBERRY CRISP 
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1/3 c. shortening
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling

Mix all ingredients except pie filling. Pat 2/3 dough in greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread filling evenly over dough. Crumble rest of dough over pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
