PORK CHOPS SUPREME 
4 pork loin or rib chops (about 3/4 inch thick)
Salt
4 thin onion slices
4 thin lemon slices
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. catsup

Sprinkle both sides of chops with salt. Place pork chops in a shallow ungreased baking pan. Top each pork chop with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of catsup. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and cook, spooning sauce onto pork chops occasionally, until done, about 30 minutes longer. Serves 4.
