SALMON BURGERS 
1- 14 3/4 can salmon
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain salmon, remove skin and bones. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into four patties. Pan fry in small amount of vegetable oil until browned on both sides.
