PUMPKIN PIE BARS 
CRUST:

1 yellow cake mix, remove 1 c. dry mix, save
1 egg
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and spread in 9"x13" pan.

MIDDLE:

2 cans pumpkin
3 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Mix together middle ingredients. Pour ingredients over crust.

TOPPING:

1 c. reserved dry cake mix
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Mix together dry cake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in pieces of butter. Crumble mixture over wet mixture in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. If it does not seem done, cook a short while longer. Serve with Cool Whip.
