COOL 'N EASY FRUITED PIE 
2/3 c. boiling water
1 pkg. jell-o, any flavor
Ice cubes
1/2 c. cold water
1 8-oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. blueberries, raspberries, or chopped strawberries
1 6-oz. graham cracker crust

In large bowl stir boiling water into jell-o until dissolved. Add ice cubes to cold water to equal 1-1/4 c., and add to the jell-o. Stir until slightly thickened and remove remaining ice. Stir in Cool Whip until smooth. Stir in fruit. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes until mixture is thick and will form mounds. Spoon into crust and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
