GRANDMA ETHEL BRAZZEL'S
STRAWBERRY CAKE
 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. thawed or fresh strawberries

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x13 inch pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 pkg. powdered sugar
1/2 c. strawberries

Cream butter; slowly add powdered sugar and strawberries. Spread over cold cake.
